After taking a much-deserved break from work and social media following a successful 2018, it seems Tiwa Savage is back for good

Tiwa Savage has returned with a commendable refix to Kizz Daniel’s rather slut-shamey song, “Fvck You”. Just when we were close to forgiving him for the predatory lyrics on “Yeba”, the misogyny once again jumped right out of Kizz Daniel last week when he released his new single, “Fvck You”. On the track, he called out an ex for messing around with his colleagues in the music industry, naming her an olosho. To add salt to injury, other male artists like Chinko Ekun and Skibii also jumped on the rather distasteful song, singing along the themes of the original lyrics.

Thankfully, Tiwa Savage responded with her own ‘savage’ version of the song, titled “Fuck You Too”. Her lyrics are a clapback to the original, as she calls out a broke, cheating ex, who spends all his time chasing women and spending all her coins. While we would rather not listen to any more versions of the original song, Tiwa’s refix is easily the best one yet – and a fitting rebuttal for such a disappointing track.
