[BangHitz] Nigerian Artist ''OG EMMY'', releases a multi-genre music project "DESIRE"

 Born and raised in Rivers State, OG Emmy has been cultivating and building his music repertoire since he was the age of 14, writing songs and performing in local concerts from such a young age, and when he was 16, he created the popular Nigerian teen talent concert series ‘XPOSURE’. 

In the past four years since his official debut single ‘KitKat’ released when he was 18, OG Emmy has been garnering support across Nigerian and Ghanaian radio tastemakers such as COOL FM, Rainbow FM, Star FM and Joy FM, among others. Highlighted as an exciting new afrobeats prospect, his new EP Desire is sure to set him apart as one to watch this year.

OG Emmy re-emerges with his brand new EP “DESIRE” which contains 7 uplifting, sensational records. This follows up to his debut EP “SIPPING REMY” and his recent popping single “GBESE” produced by TXMPO; an Abuja based producer who has worked with the likes of Psycho YP, kidakudz ,Odumodublvck , Praiz etc. On this song the new act talked about all the desires of young ladies/Gents of todays world and how he can fulfill them, this then correlates to where his inspiration for his new Ep titled “DESIRE” came from

The EP features production from Spykida (“Desire”, “Give it to me”), SKONDTRACK (“Do that thing”), Txmpo(“Gbese”), Womzie (“Different”, “Got it”) Trill Xoe (“Nobody”). 

Overall, Desire is a compilation of Pop, RnB, Afrobeats, Hip hop, and Dancehall. DESIRE - which is the first track, and last recorded piece of work on the EP. “This track was actually inspired by my passionate want for success, breakthrough, love, and peace”. With the Afro sounding drums, saxophone melodies and direct lyrics it’s safe to say OG EMMY is willing to do anything to attain his desires.
