Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage recently received a YouTube ban for infringing Danny Young’s song on copyright.

On his Instagram page , Danny Young claimed that she had taken a line off his 2009 single , Oju ti Won . But Tiwa Savage refused to comment on it and released the song’s visuals.

Danny Young said he left everything in the hands of his lawyers in a conversation with punchng.com. ” I haven’t been the one who contacted YouTube.

My lawyers have handled the process ; I did not know how it worked. You know that youTube knows what to do.”

“She felt there was nothing we could do. She and her team, I’m sure, know we have a valid point.

We did not even ask them for money , but we felt that the intellectual robbery in this part of the world should be taken seriously.

It is only the start ; if she doesn’t make the compromises , I plan to see it to the end.”
